Robert "Bob" Stevens' Obituary
Robert "Bob" Stevens, age 92, of Bridgeville, formerly Upper St. Clair, peacefully embarked on his next adventure on March 24, 2021.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Dolores (Abbott) Stevens;sons, Robert (Rosanne) Stevens Jr. and Grant Stevens; grandchildren, Kathryn (Steve) Magill, Tyler (Jackie) Stevens and Caroline (Nick) Sloan; great-grandchildren, Maggie Magill and Molly Magill; nieces, Gail (Ted) Fass, Susan Abbott, Sandy (Dan) Masterpolo, Sherry (John) George, Clarice Baux, Karen Velett and Lisa Keough; nephew, Tom Leng; as well as many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, father, Percy and Janet Stevens; sisters, Helen Dashiell and Janet Leng; and neice, Wendy Abbott.
Bob was a well known Pittsburgh Architect. He was a 1951 graduate of Carnegie Tech. He reached the status of American Institute of Architects Emeritus for his many years of service. Bob was an active member of the Rotary Club of Bethel-St. Clair where he was a past president, Rotarian of the Year and Paul Harris Fellow. In his spare time he enjoyed ballroom dancing, making wine and sharing it with friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236.
