My name is Ron Jones I worked with Bob (Oscar) at Duquesne Light for 25 years and I remember the day that Bob got his nickname from me we were working on a emergency job far the south hills water pumping station it was a cold winter day and Bob was splicing the cables up in the bucket truck and it was very loud from all the work going on and he was leaning over the bucket to tell me what he needed and he looked like Oscar the grouch with his beard so that’s how he got his nickname but Bob wasn’t really a grouch he was a good man to work with and learn my trade from
