Robert J. DeGrazia's Obituary
Robert J. DeGrazia, age 83, of South Park, passed away surrounded by his loving family on October 24, 2021.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Marianthy (Callas) DeGrazia; children, Dean B. (Jean) DeGrazia and Nicole (Aaron) Hoover; brother, Basil M. DeGrazia, Jr.; grandchildren, Eva, Elena and Elise DeGrazia and Jacob Hoover; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Basil and Ann DeGrazia; and brother, Donald A. DeGrazia.
As a young man, he proudly served his country in the 171st Air Refueling Wing of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard as a mechanical engineer. He started his distinguished computer career at Burroughs Corporation and South Hills Computer Center where he supported and programmed mainframe computers. He finished his career as a Vice President at Three Rivers Bank.
He enjoyed coaching hockey with his brother, going to car shows, bowling and golfing with his friends and most of all, spending time with his family.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 27th from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236.
A Blessing Service will be held on Thursday, October 28th at 12 P.M. in the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Robert's name to Meals on Wheel of South Park at Grace Lutheran Church 6810 Hilldale Drive, South Park, PA 15236.
