My heartfelt condolences to Debbie and the Bissell family. Bob has departed from this earth, but will never truly leave. His soul is still alive in our thoughts and hearts, and will live on. His ability to make others laugh, and feel loved, will never be forgotten. May you find peace in a life well lived.
