Robert Jeffrey Arnold's Obituary
Robert Jeffrey Arnold, age 72 of Munhall, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his daughter and son-in-law on September 8, 2025.
Bob dedicated nearly 50 years of his life to Kaufmann's Department Store in downtown Pittsburgh, where he became a familiar face to countless customers and colleagues. Known for his kindness and welcoming nature, it often seemed like everyone knew Bob.
A true car enthusiast, Bob could recall details about virtually any make, model, or year of automobile. His passion for classic cars brought him to many local car shows, where he loved sharing his knowledge and meeting new friends. Whether at work, at a car show, or simply out in the community, Bob's easygoing spirit and genuine warmth made him a joy to be around and allowed him to form lasting connections wherever he went.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph M and Florence E Arnold, and his brother, Joseph M Arnold, Jr.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Angela Petro (Chris), companion, Sandy Haid, former spouse and friend Vicki Arnold, brother Dave Arnold (Patti), and sister Patricia Rodgers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home.
Interment services will be private.
