Richard D. Barbour's Obituary
Richard D. Barbour, age 76, of Finleyville, passed away suddenly at his home on February 25, 2020.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce S. Barbour, cherished daughter, Shari (Keith) Nelson, as well as his 7 grandchildren; Nicole (Chris) Falck, Christa (Nik) Grimsley, Kimberly (Ashlyn) Honor, Sunny (Brian) Smith, Stephanie (Donald) Turbin, Shannon (Dom) Ewing, and Jake Honor, and 9 great-grandchildren; Rachel, Zach, Lizzie, Colin, Julianna, CJ, Henry, Harley, and Donald Jr.
He was preceded in death by his cherished daughter, Judy Ewing, brother, George Barbour III, as well as his parents.
Richard was an automobile enthusiast, who enjoyed working on many different types of cars, both classic and street rods. He was a member of the Elrama Gun Club. He was a union carpenter for most of his life and retired after 50 years. His sense of humor was unending and he will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 28th, 2020 at 2 pm in the Funeral Home's Chapel at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. Condolences may be shared at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz
