On behalf of the West Mifflin Lions club, our condolences to Rich's family. Rich was a most active Lion in his day who lived the Lions motto \"We Serve\". May he rest in peace.
Doug and Rich, My sincere condolences on the loss of your dad. He was a true public servant who did many good things for the borough of West Mifflin. He will be missed by many in this borough. Bob Kern (Gary’s brother)
Dear Rich and Doug, Please accept my condolences for your father's passing. Even when it is expected, losing a parent is hard. I have many fond memories of your father and family. When he first came into the Gilchrist clan, he was nice to a shy, young Janet. Your mon and dad opened their home to me when I was alone over Thanksgiving. Do you guys remember those huge holiday gatherings? Again, I am sorry for your loss, but perhaps the thought of your parents being together will bring you comfort. Love, Janet
