Raymond G. Terek's Obituary
84, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 3, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He was retired from U.S. Steel McKeesport National Tube. He was a member of both St. Joseph and Holy Trinity Church, as well as a life member of the McKeesport Gun Club. Born August 17, 1932 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Zuzanna (Boch) and Michael Terek. He was the father of Susan (John) Truby of Bethlehem, Donald (Dolores) Terek of Irwin and the late Cynthia Terek. In addition he is survived by his sister Eleanor Sipkovich of Versailles. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as siblings, Gabriel, John, Mary, Pauline and Ann. Raymond was cherished by his 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and loved by many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid hunter as well. Private visitation will be Tuesday from 3-8 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh PA 15236. Private family service will be held on Wednesday at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Park.
