Ralph Edwin Morgan, Jr.'s Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ralph “Ralphie” Edwin Morgan, Jr. of Humble, TX, who passed away on September 11th, 2022 at the age of 71. Ralph was born on October 9th, 1950 in Washington, PA.
Ralph was preceeded in death by his grandparents, John Newhouse and Ellen Hughes Newhouse; parents, Ralph Edwin McGaffic and Ellen Rose Newhouse Kraus; uncles, Charles Newhouse & Elmer Newhouse; sister, Geraldine Newhouse; brother-in law, Stanley “Stush” Puch.
Ralph is survived by his sister, Rebecca Puch of Nikiski, AK; sister, Karen Kraus-Sudatz and husband, Paul of Pittsburgh, PA; brother, John Kraus of Pittsburgh, PA; son, Justin Morgan and wife, Christina of Cypress, TX; daughter, Tiffany Morgan Mondelli and husband, Richard of Pearland, TX; grandchildren, Brant Exley; Megan Morgan; Alexandria Morgan; Christian Mondelli; Matthew Mondelli; Juliana Morgan; great-grandchildren, Justin “JJ” Flores-Morgan & Athena Flores-Morgan.
Ralph was extremely proud of his service in the US Navy. He was a member of the Patriot Guard and enjoyed riding motorcycles. Ralph was very handy and could fix practically anything, but thoroughly enjoyed working on automobiles. He generously donated and volunteered with various organizations throughout his life. After his service in the Navy, Ralph worked as a Federal Fire Fighter in CA, Federal Corrections Officer in CT, Oilfield Worker in TX, Naval Investigator in HI, and a US Federal Investigator in TX from which he retired.
Friends and family are invited to a celebration of the life of Ralph to be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery in the Mausoleum Chapel in Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday, October 8th at 3:00 pm EST.
