Patricia Ann Yustince's Obituary
Patricia Yustince, a beacon of love and laughter, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2024, at the age of 75. Born on January 1, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Patricia, affectionately known as Patty, was a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, passing away in the comfort of her home in Whitehall.
Patty's life was one of unwavering dedication to her family and friends. She is survived by her loving son, Brandon (Rebekah) Yustince, who will forever cherish the memories and lessons she imparted. Her role as Nanny to Carter and Alexandra was one she embraced with joy and pride, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished moments. Patty's sister, Deborah (the late Frank) Roesch, will miss her deeply, as will her extended family and a close-knit circle of dear friends who were like family to her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Yustince, with whom she shared a life full of happiness and companionship. Patty was also greeted in heaven by her parents, Patrick and Lillian Lawlor, and her sister Sandy (Ron) Watazychyn, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond.
Patty's professional life was marked by her meticulous work as a Secretary and Book Keeper for the family business, where she was not only an employee but the heart of operations.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Patty thrived in her role as a homemaker, a title she wore with pride and excellence. Her involvement with the Red Hats society brought her much joy, as she cherished the camaraderie and the vibrant life it added to her days. Patty's interests were a reflection of her love for life and the people in it.
Those who knew Patty will remember her for her quick wit and her ability to find humor in the everyday. Her laughter was infectious, and her spirit was a source of comfort to all. Patty was the embodiment of love, always putting others before herself and nurturing the bonds she shared with those around her.
As we bid farewell to Patricia Yustince, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a heart that gave so generously. Her memory will continue to inspire laughter, love, and kindness in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. Patty's legacy is one of joy, warmth, and the enduring power of family and friendship. She will be profoundly missed, but her light will continue to shine in the lives of those she touched.
Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 18, 2024, 10 am in the funeral home's chapel.
