Patricia A. "Nancy" Solt, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2024, at the age of 93. Patricia was a long-time resident of Jefferson Hills. She was born on January 24, 1931, in Pittsburgh. She was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Stewart) Bretschneider.
Patricia's life was a testament to her enduring spirit and the love she shared with her late husband, Edward Solt, Jr. Together, they navigated the journey of life with grace and unwavering partnership.
A gifted seamstress and embroiderer, she transformed fabric into timeless works of art. Countless towels bore the intricate designs of her handiwork. Yet, it was her famous ironing board covers that truly captured the essence of her craftsmanship. Patricia's passion for sewing and embroidery touched the lives of many, leaving behind a tapestry of memories that will forever endure.
Patricia's warmth, wisdom, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her, she will be deeply missed.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on April 3rd at 10:00 A.M. at Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Thomas A' Becket Worship Site, 139 Gill Hall Road, Clairton, PA 15025.
