Ollie was the best nurse I ever worked with! She was dedicated to providing the best care for all patients, as well as teaching and encouraging her staff. In my 10 years of working with her, I saw her as my mentor and my friend (even though I was scared of her when I was a new nurse and she was night supervisor).CHP was fortunate to have her,as was I. My sympathy to the entire family. My mom, Wilma Smith Irwin, and \"Ollie\" knew each other since high school. She will have a large welcoming committee from The Baldwin class of '51 waiting for her! I got to see her again as we both belonged to the SWPa RN Club. May she rest in peace.
I’m grateful for all the years I got to spend with my grandma Ollie, playing cards, going to the symphony with her and accidentally falling asleep, vacations, just sitting with her by the pool while she read a book... she loved her books, her meeting my daughters, too many memories to list! I’ll especially miss the times I got to have a meal and conversation just her and I at the kitchen table later in life. Rest In peace gram, you deserve it.
