Nancy D. Polcawich's Obituary
Nancy Polcawich, age 75, of Jefferson Hills, PA, passed away on February 28, 2024. Nancy was born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 3, 1948 to the late George and Mary Bendel. She was one of six children.
Nancy was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She had the privilege of holding the title of Worthy Grand Matron ('73-'74) of the Elizabeth, PA chapter. She also worked with many state government officials, including PA Senator and US Congressman Tim Murphy, PA Senator John Pippy, and PA House Representative Ryan Warner.
She is survived by three sons, Ronald G. (Margaret), Eric S., and Brandon P. (Rachel) Polcawich and a loving grandma to five grandchildren, Ashley, Samantha, Charlee, Lenox, and Hadley. She is also survived by her sister Judy. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Brad M. Polcawich, and her siblings George Jr. (Butch), Dan, Dennis, and Eileen.
Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 11 am - 2 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. A funeral service will immediately follow visitation at 2 pm in the funeral home's chapel.
