Nancy J. McDonald's Obituary
Nancy J. McDonald, age 77, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2025, surrounded by love. Nancy was born on November 29, 1947, in New York.
For nearly three decades, Nancy dedicated herself to her career as a Pharmacy Technician, where she was known for her compassion and professionalism. Her contributions were felt not only in her workplace but also in the lives of those she cared for over the years.
In her early years, Nancy made her home in Elizabeth, PA, where she raised her three children, Missy, Dana and Fred.
More recently, alongside her longtime friend of 45 years, Joe, she created a warm and welcoming home in Chalk Hill, where she formed lasting friendships with many in the Uniontown community. She enjoyed attending church at Mt. Washington Presbyterian Church.
Nancy leaves her significant other, Joseph Yonko and his family, and many friends.
In accordance with Nancy's wishes there will be no services. In honor of her deep love for animals, especially her cats, memorial contributions in memory of Nancy may be made to the ASPCA.
