Mike Hohn's Obituary
Mike Hohn died 5/21/22 of complications resulting from a recent fall from a ladder. Mike was born 9/11/1942 at McGee Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He spent his childhood in McKeesport and graduated from McKeesport High School in 1960. He graduated from Youngstown University in 1965. He spent his entire professional career teaching in the West Mifflin schools.
Mike was a lifelong builder of scale model airplanes, mostly pre-WWII private aircraft. He lived the last 30+ years of his life in Pleasant Hills with his wife Cynthia. She died in January of this year.
He is survived by his brother Clyde Hohn, sister-in-law Maryann Hohn, and their daughter Elizabeth. He is also survived by his cousin Robert Findley Ulm, and his daughters, Amy Ulm-Boyle and Jennifer Petti.
The family will receive visitors at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Pleasant Hillls,Thursday, June 9, from noon till 2:00 PM. At 2:00 there will be a brief service, followed by interment.
