Michael "Mike" Jordan's Obituary
Michael "Mike" Jordan passed away on January 21, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on October 27, 1957, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mike was raised in Bethel Park, attended Bethel Park High School and quickly established himself as a master mechanic. His passion for mechanics extended beyond his profession; he enjoyed working on motorcycles as hobby and was known for his exceptional ability to restore and repair anything he could get his hands on.
Mike was characterized by his tireless work ethic and never remained idle, always making time to help a friend. His great sense of humor and selfless nature endeared him to all who knew him. He devoted his life to his family, and his children were his greatest source of pride and joy.
Mike is survived by his wife, Beth Jordan; his children, James "Jim" Jordan, Shane (Kelsey) Jordan and Alex Jordan; grandchildren, Noah Prosser, Levi Jordan, Jett Jordan and soon to arrive granddaughter, Ella Jordan; siblings, Daniel Jordan, Jeri Anderson, Joseph Jordan and Molly Manion.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Kathleen "Kitty" Jordan.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 29th from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
A Blessing Service will be held on Friday, January 30th at 12 P.M. in the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
