I got to know Mr. Butler while he was a Director USBANKCORP based in Johnstown, PA. I never realized what a great American he was. Reading his bio, he certainly falls into the category of America's Greatest Generation I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Butler for wine at his Washington DC townhouse. We discussed wine collecting and he certainly fueled my passion for fine wines. I'm impressed that he chose to come back to Western PA for his eternal farewell. I really appreciate his family reaching out to me. God Bless!

I would like to include myself as a Good Old Friend of Mike's. We maintained a Friendship dating back to our days at Clairton High School. FOOTBALL was our passion in those days. Mike was the Quarterback and I his center. Like Terry Bradshaw, Mike was smart enough to call his own plays
On his visits to Pittsburgh he would sometimes stay with us. We had many good stories, Good food and Good wine of which he was a connoisseur. I will Miss our phone calls. It's funny this circle of life. Mike died on our oldest Sons Birthday, may he rest in peace ....
