Michael James Bianchi's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce that Michael James Bianchi, age 33, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on December 18th, 2025. Born on September 7th, 1992 to his loving parents in Greentree, PA.
Michael is survived by the love of his life, Katlyn Bianchi. He was the cherished son of George and Pamela Bianchi, and son-in-law to Cindy Gonzalez, a dear brother to George D. Bianchi and brother-in-law Richard Buda, and a beloved grandson to Richard (the late Karen) Luciow and Bernadette Bianchi. He will also be remembered by his nieces and nephews and by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandmother Karen Luciow and his great-grandmothers Gladys Morrow and Martha Yanek.
Michael began his professional life with his Associate's degree in Science. His career at the US Postal Service spanned over a decade, where he was respected for his integrity and work ethic. He made many friends and garnered respect through his professional journey.
A life brimming with interests, Michael found joy in the small things. He was an avid bowler, going to the lanes as much as he could with his bowling league. The outdoors were a familiar place, camping with family every weekend growing up. He also found peace in long walks on the beach. In his day to day, Michael loved to relax and play his favorite video games. But above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his adored nieces and nephews, and his late "Grandma G".
Michael will be remembered fondly by all those who had the chance to know him.
Friends and family will be received from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2025 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA, 15236.
