I never had the privilege of meeting Maxine, but I spent an hour once with her courtly gentleman-husband, Lou, and will grateful forever for them giving us their son Dan, my attorney, who has been an invaluable friend and attorney, and Dan's gracious, efficient, loving wife Tracey.
