Mary Alice Weldon's Obituary
Mary Alice (Fiscus) Weldon of Pleasant Hills, died Monday, December 6, 2021.
Born March 28, 1935 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Thomas P. Weldon and her parents Alice (Feeney) and Theodore B. Fiscus, and two brothers, William P. and Theodore G. Fiscus.
She was the devoted mother of Thomas (Kathryn) Weldon, Jill (Steve) Merrill, Kevin (Catherine) Weldon and Carolyn Weldon, and proud grandmother of Kristen, Kerry, Owen, Ryan, Caitlin, Kevin, Allison, Danny and Luke. She was great grandmother to Ronald and Madison. She is also survived by Terry Donovan who was like a brother to her and close cousin, Rev. William P. Feeney.
She was an avid bridge player and volunteered for 30 years as "Miss Mary" for St. Thomas A'Becket's preschool.
Friends and family will be received from 1-5 P.M. on Sunday, December 12th, at JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 A.M. on Monday, December 13th at Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Thomas A'Becket Worship Site, 139 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's name to Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, 139 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025, or plant a tree at www.alivingtribute.org.
