Mary Roberta Friedel's Obituary
Mary Roberta "Bert" Friedel, age 78, of South Side, peacefully embarked on her next adventure on December 9, 2020.
Roberta is survived by her children, Scott (Ashley) Friedel, Jo Marie (Bryan) Cramer and Heidi (Paul) Thompson; grandchildren, Coty, Chris, Hunter, Casey, Abby, Kate, Andrew, Nick, and Jordyn; sister, Audrey Davic; special friend, Mary Kay Friedel; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Roberta had a very close relationship with her sister Audrey's family. Throughout the years, they helped care for her. She always had a special place in her heart for Audrey and her brother-in-law, Ned, nieces and nephew, Christine, Mark, Beth Ann and great-niece and nephews, Kim, Kenny and Justin.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert & Theresa Boehm; siblings, Gene Boehm, Ronald Boehm, Wilma Wiedor, Jerome Boehm and Ken Boehm; husband, Joseph Friedel; baby daughter, Amy and baby granddaughter, Kimberly.
Roberta loved bingo, cheating at cards and spending time with her family. She had the biggest heart, she always helped others, even when she could not help herself.
No services will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you perform an act of kindness for someone in need in Roberta's memory.
