Martha J. Merendino, beloved sister and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on July 4, 1951, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Martha lived her life with passion and devotion, particularly to her beloved family and her fond interests, including a lifelong love of animals and the music of Elvis Presley.Martha is survived by her brother whom she adored, Walter Frederick. She is preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Angeline Merendino; as well as her brother, George Frederick.Funeral services for Martha will be private. Martha will be laid to rest in the Jefferson Mausoleum at Jefferson Memorial Park, 401 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.In honoring her memory, those who knew Martha are invited to reflect on the joy she brought into their lives and to hold close the love she had for her family and animals alike.
