I had the pleasure of going to school with Mark since elementary school. He was always so funny and quirky and happy. Everyone always loved being around Mark. He just had a way of lifting everyone up by being his unique silly self. I kept in touch with him over the years through Facebook but once I left Facebook I was out of the loop. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. This makes me so sad. He had been through so much. Fly high my friend. May you rest in Eternal Peace and may your beautiful memory live on.

Just by being him. Mark had a way of making you laugh and smile at anything.

Mark was my second cousin and I really didn't get a chance to know him. We met on the beach once in Florida during a family reunion. He seemed like a very nice young man. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

His great energy and personality. But just how much he was into our haunt and his energy in the haunt, and him giving when he didn't need to or have the means, he still cared that we all got our award ceremony and gave us each something that corresponded to us individually and the thought he put into what he got each of us, completely out of his pocket when he did have much. I wish I got to know him longer. Definitely a great man who I wish I had the privilege to know him longer and have more memories than just working together. I know there would be a better memory other than work to post. But I'm glad I got to know him atleast. Also, his different characters with our haunt, he was so happy to work it and was a great supervisor, person and I couldn't help but laugh at the things he would do or say to get us pumped up or that he cared, not only for the haunt, but for everyone in our haunt as well

We hadn't seen each other for many many years, from childhood to our late 40s. When we got together one day when visiting Pittsburgh, Mark was like a long lost brother, instead of a 2nd cousin. He was our movie star family back home, always point Mark out in one of my favorite movies Shes Out Of His League. Was shocked and saddened to hear about his short illness and passing.
