Marilyn J. Westmoreland's Obituary
Marilyn J. Westmoreland, age 90, of Homeville, passed away surrounded by her five children on December 30, 2021.
Marilyn is survived by her beloved children, Kathy Hruska, Joe Hruska, Jack Hruska, Jean Cyr and Patty VanDillen, her eight cherished grandchildren, Jesse (Becca) Anderson, Christi (Chad) Conrad, Joseph (Olivia) Hruska, Daniel (Erin) Hruska, John Hruska, Victoria LaFleur, Nicholas (the late Heera) Cyr and Ashley (Shane) Dreistadt, and thirteen (1/2) great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, William E. Westmoreland.
Marilyn was the matriarch of her family. She went by many names; Mum, Gramma, Great Gramma, and Big Ga.
Marilyn loved to bake, garden, travel, quilt, collect antiques, go to bingos and casinos, make homemade jellies and candy, and design and make wedding flowers. Above all she loved to spend time with her family which was first and foremost in her life.
