Marilyn L. Lewis' Obituary
72, of White Oak, formerly of Carrick, passed away peacefully after a sudden illness on May 8, 2018. Beloved wife of Robert A. Lewis for 53 years; loving mother of Scott (Lynne) Lewis and Steve (Jodi) Lewis; known as Nanny to her beloved grandsons, Drew, Nate, Isaac, and Brandon; sister of Donald (Lori) Heinecke and the late Frank (Bonnie) Heinecke, Jr.; daughter of the late Frank and Martha Heinecke; aunt to Dr. Sherri (Ron) Chafin, Stacey (Edwin) Rodriguez, Jamie (Jeff) Buchwald, and Lisa (Chad) Buczynski; and also survived by great nieces and nephews. She was a member of Moraine Camplands for 44 years, where she loved to sit on her deck all summer long playing cards. She was also involved in running the summer/winter basketball program at the White Oak Athletic Association. Marilyn fulfilled her number one dream of attending the NCAA Basketball Tournament this past March. But most of all, her greatest love in life were her grandsons. Family and friends will be received on Friday, May 11, 2018, 2 pm - 4 pm & 7 pm - 9 pm at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Funeral Ceremony will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018, 10 am, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236.
