Margaret E. Ziefel's Obituary
Margaret (Peg) Ziefel, age 91, of Bethel Park, peacefully went home to the Lord February 3, 2023.
Born on November 4, 1931 in Pittsburgh. In addition to her parents and brother, she was proceeded in death by her husband Charles H. Ziefel, whom she missed dearly.
Peg was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing and loved baking. For over 60 years, she was a member of Peter's Creek Baptist Church and the Mary Martha Sunday School Class and volunteered at the Baptist Home in Castle Shannon. Most of all, she loved and enjoyed being with her family.
She is survived by loving and devoted daughters Karen (Bruce) Clingan and Nancy Ziefel (Dan Belback), three grandchildren Amy (Mark) Benedetti, Todd (Kate) Clingan, and Jeffrey (Shaila) Clingan, and nine beloved great-grandchildren Madilynn, Juliana, and Luca Benedetti, Charles Sawyer, Everett, Axel, and Lilah Clingan, and Maverick and Cesina Clingan.
Friends and family will be received Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM followed by a funeral service at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236
The family would like to thank the staff at The Grand Residence at Upper St. Clair and ANOVA for their care and compassion.
