Mara Ann (Weaver) Kopcho's Obituary
Mara Ann (Weaver) Kopcho, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 36. Born on August 12, 1988, Mara was a vibrant spirit whose life was defined by her passionate love for her family, pets, and the world of sports.
A proud graduate of Carlow University with a degree in criminal justice, Mara brought her sharp mind and caring heart to her position at Rohrich Automotive Group in their accounts receivable department. She will be remembered for her unwavering dedication and the friendships she fostered during her tenure there. Outside of work, Mara was an avid sports fan, always eager to catch a baseball game or cheer on her favorite women's volleyball teams.
Mara is survived by her mother Marcella (Ennio) Cardilli, her brother Dale Weaver II, her beloved partner Benjamin Bradley, and an extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins who deeply felt her love and warmth. She also leaves behind her adored dogs, Huckleberry and Finnigan, who were her faithful companions. Her father, Dale Weaver, predeceased her, but she now joins him in peace. Mara's presence will be profoundly missed, yet her memory will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Friends and family will be received from 3-7pm on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA, 15236.
A funeral service will be held at 7pm, following visitation in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be handled by Jefferson Memorial Park.
