I knew Dolores in the years of raising her children and their attendance at St. Anne School. I taught Karen. As I remember, Dolores was a devoted mother and very supportive and active with the school community. I became re-acquainted as she became an Associate with the Sisters of Divine Providence. I remember her for her faith and trust in God. May she now be with Him as she meets Him face to face.
I'm so glad I was able to see the Pawlak family and say a prayer goodbye to a wonderful lady. Dolores was a lovely lady. Growing up with the entire family in such a great neighborhood was special. I will remember so many special times. And all those tremendous cookies!!! Love and prayers to all of you.

I have very fond memories of Dolores and our early days as Associates in the South Hills group under Sr Mary's tender loving care. Dolores and I also had a common interest in clay. She and her husband had owned a ceramics studio and I was learning how to throw a pot on the wheel, different process but similar love of the craft and art of clay. You have been shaped into a beautiful vessel by our Loving God. My blessings go out to your family.
I join all the Associates and Sisters of Divine Providence in sending our sincere thoughts and prayers to Dolores' family at this time. Our CDP Sisters ministered and made new friends in the South Hills area, and we were so grateful to count Dolores among them, and she was an associate member of our community for over 15 years.
