Lois A. Leslie's Obituary
Lois Augusta Leslie (Hendler), age 96, of Brookline, entered into Eternal Peace on Monday, August 15, 2022. She was the beloved wife of 68 years to the late Paul (Roy) Leslie. Lois is survived by her three daughters, Kathy Hurst (Tom), Bonnie Imhoff (Michael), and Beverly Rothhaar (Bob); her beloved grandchildren, Cari, Dan, and Michael Imhoff, Erika Klockziem (Kevin), and Krystina Lacek (Joe); and her great-grandchildren, Brittany and Austin Patton. She is also survived by her brother, John Hendler (Carole), and many nieces and nephews. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Cecelia and John Hendler, and her sister, Dolores Sukustis. Lois was a retiree from the Bell Telephone, Colonnade Restaurant and St. Francis Hospital. She loved bowling, going to the casino and vacationing at the beach. Lois loved her family and friends and she loved spending as much time as she could with them. Lois will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 2- 8 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish, Church of the Resurrection Worship Site, 1100 Creedmoor Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15226 on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 10:00 am.
