Linda Ann Hauck's Obituary
Linda Ann Hauck, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2024, at the age of 69. Born on February 10, 1954, in Pittsburgh, PA, to the late Bob and Anna Wahl, Linda's warmth and vivacity brought joy to all who knew her.
Linda's life was a testament to the power of love and family. She was the beloved wife of Aloysius J. Hauck, III, with whom she shared a beautiful and enduring partnership. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Aloysius 'AJ' Hauck, IV, and Melissa (Chris Griffith) Hauck. Linda's role as a grandmother to Hayden and Christopher was one of her greatest joys, and she cherished every moment spent with them, especially during their fishing adventures.
Linda's love extended to her siblings and their families. She is survived by her brother, Edward (Marie) Wahl, and brother-in-law, Dennis (Debbie) Hauck. Her nieces and nephews, Jennifer, DJ, Sean, Alicia, and Anthony, will fondly remember their aunt's unwavering support and infectious laughter.
Known for her spirited presence at the bingo hall, Linda's competitive nature and friendly demeanor made her a favorite among her fellow players. Her passion for life was evident in everything she did, and her legacy of kindness and compassion will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Linda's life was a beautiful mosaic of the love she gave and the memories she created. Her spirit, characterized by generosity and a zest for life, will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 9 at 11 am at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh 15236.
