Lillian ('Lil') Sophia Johnstone's Obituary
Lillian ('Lil') Sophia Johnstone (nee Shipley) of New Homestead, passed away peacefully at her home early Monday morning, February 13. Lillian (Lil) is survived by her son, John Suto and his wife, Kathy, of Los Angeles, CA., sister Mildred Kosko of Duarte, CA, her niece Sister Agnes Marie, and her nephews Dale Collins (wife Diane), Daniel Collins (wife Lorraine), David Collins, and their families, all of Pittsburgh. Lil was preceded in death by her husband Robert Johnstone, brothers Steven and George Shipley, sisters Elizabeth Evans, Dorothy Wolfarth, and most cherished Josephine Collins. A very special thanks to Cathy and Tom Perlaky. May God bless you both. You will always hold a special place in our hearts and our family. A private family memorial will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA in honor of Lil.
