Leslee A. Schattner's Obituary
Leslee Anne Schattner, 76, of Upper St. Clair, passed away on January 30, 2025.
Leslee will be remembered by her daughters Marla Lynne Schattner and Allison Lee Schattner; sister Lynne Nancy McAllister; many nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her fur babies.
She is preceded in death by her parents Neil and Robert Gilleland and her former spouse Dr. Allen Schattner.
In her early years Leslee was a Brownie and a Girl Scout which was the start of a life dedicated to helping others. She had a fulfilling career as a registered nurse receiving her education at the Washington School of Nursing and working her way to becoming the IV Team's lead nurse.
She could often be found playing a spirited game of Bingo, solving a word search, playing the guitar or the organ. Leslee enjoyed time with her fur babies, laughing and playing music with her Timothy John. She enjoyed spending time with the ones she loved the most. Annually she would make the trip to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where she would spend her days soaking up the sun.
Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Thursday February 6, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. Funeral Service will be held on Friday February 7th at 10:00 am in the Funeral Home Chapel.
