Lee Weber's Obituary
Lee Robert Weber, age 38, of Pittsburgh, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2021.
Lee will be deeply missed by his wife of 12 years, Amber Weber; his sons, Alexander and Jacob; parents, Ken Weber and Marilyn Williams; siblings, Ken Weber, Andrew Weber and William Koster; parents-in-law, Scott, Sr. and Dolores Girdwood; brother-in-law, Scott, Jr. (Lexi); and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Lee was born and raised in Pittsburgh. In 2009 he enlisted in the United States Army, serving his country in Afghanistan in 2012. Following his return home, he served the City of Pittsburgh as a Fireman at Engine House #20 in the Hays neighborhood.
When Lee was not at the fire house, he was a very devoted father. He loved watching movies, playing video games and spending time outdoors with his boys.
Lee continues to save and heal lives after his passing through tissue donation. Lee will help to save and improve over 100 lives with his self-less donations.
Lee was real life hero. He will be dearly missed by anyone who knew him.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. on Saturday, July 31st and Sunday, August 1st at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 301 Curry Hollow Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236. A Fireman's Final Salute Service will held at 7 P.M. on Sunday evening.
A Funeral Ceremony will take place on Monday, August 2nd at 12 P.M. at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania at 2:30 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ‘Go Fund Me’ in Lee’s name.
