I met Laura when she worked at the credit bureau and she was our representative. She was the sweetest and nicest person -just so genuine. She continued to stop by with her therapy dogs and everyone loved her visits. Rest in peace dearest Laura.
A Mass will be said for Laura at St. Francis de Sales Latin Rite Catholic Church in Mableton, Georgia, for a blessed eternal journey. A person who has devoted her life to people and pets, surely, is in God's favor.

Laura and I met at a local gym roughly 20 years ago. She was one of those people that you meet and instantly feels like as if we have known each other a lifetime. We had so many things in common, but the love for our fur babies might have been one of the biggest. I remember meeting baby Athena, Kodiac, Anastasia, Sebastian and Ariana from puppy stage. Then the heart ache of saying goodbye to each one of them, but also the joy to help fund raising for Sebastian's multiple surgeries so he could have a better life. I'm grateful and lucky to also have met her and her late mother Bonita and sweet Hazel, always welcoming me at the house with a big hug and smile. Many joyous memories that i will always treasure. Rest in peace until we meet again.

I remember Laura while living in Baldwin Courts. I knew Laura ever since we attended 5th Grade at Sickman Elem through graduation from Baldwin HS in 1981. Myself and other friends of mine also knew her mother Bonny for many years. In fact one year as a teenager she gave me a perm. Laura was a very kind friend and I often have thought of her over the years. Back when the high school was getting a makeover back in the early 2000, my wife Faith Kerry (Boehm) and I had taken our teenage children to the high school to show them. While in the school, I seen a construction worker with the name SOKOLOVIC on the back of his jacket. I introduced myself and found that he was Laura’s uncle. I wanted to get in touch with her but didn’t have a chance. Laura will be missed by many. KEN KERRY.
