Kody R. Musolino, Sr.'s Obituary
Kody Ryan Musolino, Sr., a loving son, father, brother and uncle, passed away on June 23, 2023, in Pittsburgh at the age of 26. Born on July 6, 1996, Kody was known for his passion for sports, Xbox, and spending quality time with his son.
Kody is survived by his three year old son, Kody Ryan Musolino, Jr., who was the light of his life and his greatest source of pride. He is also survived by his siblings, Keith (Chelsey) Musolino, Jr., Kayla Musolino, and Kirk Musolino, who will always remember their brother's infectious laughter and unwavering support. Kody's niece, Kylie Musolino, and nephew, Ethan Musolino, will cherish the memories of their fun-loving “Uncle Box” who always made them smile. Kody was predeceased by his mother, Kathleen Cahill.
A sports enthusiast, Kody was an avid fan of various teams, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins, and enjoyed participating in friendly competitions with his friends and family. His love for Xbox gaming brought him closer to his siblings, as they spent countless hours bonding over their shared interest. Kody's dedication to his son was evident in the time they spent together, whether it was reading books together, playing with toys or visiting the zoo.
Kody's warm and caring nature touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him. His unwavering loyalty to his friends and family will be remembered as a testament to his character. Kody's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
Friends and family will be received for a memorial visitation on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 from 1 pm - 8 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Musolino family at 3107 Garfield Avenue, West Mifflin, PA 15122.
