Kay M. Wood-Sabatini's Obituary
Kay M. Wood-Sabatini, of Belle Vernon, on March 28, 2017. She was born in Monongahela, PA, on June 1, to John and Myrtle Evans. Kay is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Jim Sabatini. Mother of Deborah (Larry) Jones, Claudia (James) Yedinak. Grandmother of Chad Jones and Todd Jones. "Gigi" to Kelly, Zachary, Ashlee, Haleigh and Tyler. Sister to Jack (Leta) Evans. As well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents John Evans and Myrtle Evans; her sister Dianne Clifford and her brother Terry Evans. Kay loved to camp, to garden and to decorate the home for all the holidays. Katie and Sundai her two pets along with her family stood by her side as she was welcomed by the Angels. Family would like to thank Via Quest Hospice team for all of their care, also to all of the friends and family who lent a helping hand during our time of need.
Friends will be received on Friday, March 31, 2017, 2:00 pm -8:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pleasant Hills, 15236. A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted Saturday at 10:00 am in the funeral home's chapel . Condolences may be left at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
