Joyce A. Baxter, 78, of West Mifflin, PA. passed away on March 15, 2024.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband James R. Baxter Sr.; son James "Russell" Baxter Jr. (Shirley); sister Agnes Riggs Coon (Terry), brother Ray Riggs (the late Beverlee); niece Barbara Arch and nephew Paul Arch
Preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Jane Riggs.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, March 18th from 2-6pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA, 15236.
A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, March 19th at 10am, burial to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity of your choice.
