Age 84 of Pleasant Hills, on Saturday, February 13, 2016.
Loving husband of Carol; cherished father of Barbara (Jim) and Jeff (Debbie); stepfather of Christopher (Amy); grandfather of Dan and Steven.
Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Gladys, wife of 50 years Dorris, and brothers Robert and Jacob.
Graduate of Youngstown State University and worked at Bechtel Bettis as an engineer for 54 years. He was a deacon, elder, and trustee of the Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church, an avid reader, computer enthusiast, lover of choral music, and most of all one who treasured making memories with his family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 2-9 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home - 301 Curry Hollow Rd. Pleasant Hills. Private burial will be on Thursday in Jefferson Memorial Park followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church.
Memorial contributions in Joe's name may be made to the Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church Music Department.
