I was sad to see the notice of John's passing in the latest edition of the Johns Hopkins Magazine. We lived in the same dormitory and were in the same graduating class at Hopkins. We were good friends while at Hopkins but lost touch after graduation. I was always impressed that John had the courage to attend medical school at the oldest medical school in the world and learn medicine in a foreign language! I tried to renew our friendship by email a few years ago, but for some reason it didn't progress beyond the initial contact. He was a good guy and undoubtedly a good physician. My sincere condolences to his wife and children. David L. Terzian davidterzian45@verizon.net
Dear Mary Jude & Family. We were so sorry to hear about John’s death. Although I haven’t seen him for several years, I remember him as a dear and supportive physician and friend to my family and me...a good, kind, compassionate man who loved his family, his profession and had such joy....I especially remember his wonderful laugh. We are all richer for having known him. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. Patty Jordan & Patrick Ford (formerly of Donora)

Mary Jude and family, We are very sorry to read about John's death. We fondly remember good times and conversations with both of you at the Crisafio home on Christmas Eve. Know we are thinking of you at this very sad time. Susan and Rich Wood
I used to work at MVH. Dr Hauser was always one of my favorite doctors to work with. You could always have a laugh with him.
Best Dr. Hauser story: When we still had overhead paging he got perturbed when the telephone operator kept paging him. \"Dr. Hauser 1600 Dr. Hauser 1600.\" He got so perturbed he yanked the phone off the wall on 6wst. We laughed for years over that.
He was a truly nice man and good physician. He will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends. May you find some comfort in the promise found in Revelation 21: 3-4 and 1 Thessalonians 4:14. Knowing that there is an opportunity to be reunited with loved ones.
