Jennifer Sasek, a beacon of love and passion, passed away surrounded by the family who was the center of her world on Sunday, November 24, 2024. She was a devoted mother who poured her boundless love into her boys, guiding them with a gentle hand and a resilient spirit.
Jennifer's passion was palpable in every endeavor she undertook. Whether meticulously tracing her family's roots through genealogy or infusing her cooking with the warmth of her heart, she did everything with a full commitment. Her zest for life led her to cherish moments spent at their family camp, where she could often be found with a fishing rod in hand, surrounded by the serenity of nature.
A great cook with a greater heart, Jennifer was adored by all who knew her. Her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering dedication to her loved ones will be deeply missed, yet her legacy of love and passion will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have felt her touch.
Jennifer is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Sasek; children Wyatt, Ethan, and Travis Sasek; parents Timothy and Barbara Rodgers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home's chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children, 201 N Bellefield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
