Jennifer Lynne Alwi's Obituary
Jennifer Alwi (Budd), age 54, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2024 after a long battle fighting complications with her health. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years - Mohamad Zaini Alwi; and children Thomas Alwi, Ralph Alwi, Sarah Westerbeck (Luke), and her “doll” Theresa. Daughter of Ralph and Joyce Budd; sister to Renee Teeney (Al), Jonathan Budd, and Joseph Budd (Hilary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Jennifer worked as a home health aide and was active in helping families with children and adults with autism, disabilities, and learning differences. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and children, but of all things throughout her life, she loved Christmas the most.
A Mass of Christian will take place on Saturday, January 20th at Blessed Trinity Parish – St. Sylvester Catholic Church 3754 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227 at 12:30pm. Followed by a Graveside blessing at Jefferson Memorial Mausoleum 401 Curry Hollow Rd Pittsburgh PA 15236.
