Jay E. Briggs' Obituary
Jay Briggs, 53, of Emsworth, PA, passed away suddenly at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA, on September 17, 2025. Jay was born in South Park, PA and worked in construction and roofing for most of his life. Jay was a very hard worker who loved animals of all kinds and especially loved his big sister Dayna- his protector- who was his best friend.
Jay is preceded in death by his mother, Donna Mae Briggs, and father, Jay Elmer Briggs. He is survived by his loving big sister, Dayna Muscarella (Mike) of Cranberry Twp, PA and his stepmother, Marilou McFeaters-Briggs of Bethel Park, PA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
JayBird you are finally home with mom and dad and your beloved fur babies, Jasmine, Huckleberry, and Bubba.
Interment services are private.
