Janet (Vislay) Hinkel
Lifelong resident of Baldwin-Whitehall, surrounded by her family peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. A lover of nature and animals of all kinds, she continues to live on in her family and friends, as well as her donation to continue the research on battling ALS and Frontotemporal Dementia. Beloved wife of 45 years to the late R. James Hinkel; loving mother of Jill (Rob) McLaughlin and Judy (Chris) Saunders; Nana to Kaley, Robbie, James, Nathan, Rece, Mindy and Anthony; sister of Doris Jean (Vislay) Sheridan, Dorothy (Vislay) Pikciunas and the late Marion (Vislay) Murray. Visitation will be held on Sunday March 2, 2025 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, where Service will be held Monday March 3, 2025 at 12:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
