James C. Owen's Obituary
James C. Owen, age 71, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully at home Thursday, September 24, 2020.
James is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Janet Owen. Loving father of Jeremy J. (Kim) Owen, James A. (Lori) Owen and Jenna M. Owen. Beloved BopBop of Nadia J. Owen. Brother of William (Barbara) Owen, Cynthia (Ralph) Mino; Brother in-law of Mimi Owen. James is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bernice Owen; and his brother, Robert Owen.
Family and friends are welcomed on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 5 to 8 pm and Sunday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 1 pm at Jefferson Memorial Park. Online condolences may be shared at www.jeffersonmemorial.biz.
Given the current health restrictions we are currently experiencing only 25 people will be allowed to gather in the funeral home at any given time, facial coverings are a must and physical distancing is encouraged.
