James F. Moore, Jr's Obituary
James F. Moore, Jr., 83, of Baldwin, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018, after a lengthy illness. He was born on a farm near Bavington. Son of the late Fred and Celestine Moore. He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Dolores (Porchiran), and by their eldest son, Michael. Surviving are three sons, Timothy and Bradley of Baldwin, and Randall of Kissimmee, Florida; also surviving are two grandsons; three granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren. Jim also leaves a sister, Maxine, of Mt. Lebanon; and brothers, Richard and Terry of Bavington. Jim served in the US Navy aboard the USS Champlain. After his discharge, he was employed by J&L Steel until his retirement. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, and fishing. He was a great friend, and will be missed by many. Services entrusted to the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date, followed by inurnment at Raccoon Church Cemetery in Candor.
