James L. DiNofrio Sr. of West Mifflin, age 82, Son of the late Louis and Angelina DiNofrio, preceded in death by his sister Amelia, devoted husband of the late Elaine J. DiNofrio.
Loving father of James Jr (Sandy), Tony (Dawn), Dominick (Tracey), and Joseph (Heather). Proud Grandfather of 10 – Brianna (Matthew), Christian (Lindsay), Nicholas (Theresa), Kara (Ilya), Kristen, Alison, Adam, Meghan, Anna, and Gia.
He is also survived by many sister & brother in-laws, his nieces and nephews, whose company he always enjoyed.
Jim was a proud Delta Airlines employee serving at NY LaGuardia and Greater Pittsburgh International Airports for 34 years. Jim stayed busy after retirement working for Benson Lincoln Mercury, Bowser Pontiac, Gutter Helmet, and Andersen Windows.
Jim also enjoyed hosting pool parties at home with his family. He graduated Scott Senior High School in North Braddock in 1955.
Family and friends will be received Sunday September 27, 1-5 pm, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Homes Inc. 301 Curry Hollow Road Pittsburgh PA 15236.
A mass will be held Monday September 28, 10 am, at Triumph of the Holy Cross (Holy Spirit Catholic Church) 2603 Old Elizabeth Road West Mifflin PA 15122.
