Jim and I lined up next to each other for two seasons on the Boyle Lancers football team. He was right end. I was right tackle. We used to make up our own blocking assignments by cris-crossing to get better blocking angles. We didn't win many games, but we had fun. I also remember singing with Jim. He was one of the very nicest people I knew. It is very sad that he passed away. I give my sympathy to all Jim's relatives and friends. Bob Leitzel
Jim was a one of a kind guy, and a one of a kind friend!
I think that he and I ( and a few others) took the word \"mischief\" to another level as great high school friends. No one could shift the push button gears on a white Corvair more quickly, and
I have only the fondest memories of Jim and our times together those many years ago.
