James Fischer's Obituary
Alfred James Fischer, passed away on July 15, 2025. He was born to the late Alfred and Mae Fischer in Deemston, PA and lived out his life in Library, PA. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
James had a steadfast belief in honesty, integrity and philanthropy. He often donated time and money to organizations and causes he believed in. His good-hearted nature was completed by his sense of humor.
When James had free time, he loved a night out listening to music and dancing. He was such an experienced dancer that he even taught dance classes to others. He enjoyed peace and quiet just as much, taking strolls through South Park or experiencing the world from behind the lens of a camera. He was always up for a good meal, and had a genuine love of food.
James was a loving father to his son James A. Fischer (Debra) and daughter Karen Lynn Mingle (Rodney). His values will carry on with them.
Services for James are private and have been entrusted to Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
