Larry Esposito
Jack came to the Sheraton Valley Forge in the 80's as manager of the Sunflower Restaurant. As a committed waiter I thought I should have had the job. One day, I lashed out at Jack for some minor salad bar issue and Jack genuinely asked why I was so upset. I despised Jack until he came to a big party I threw on my landlord's estate that got completely out of control. Jack, Troy and Tracy saved the day cooking hot dogs and hamburgers for the hundred plus guests. Today that memory came back to me and I looked up Jack to send him thanks. He was a good man and I wish I thanked him sooner. My condolences to Troy and Tracy. Thank you for helping me out so many years ago.
