Harry Charles Mey, 88, of Castle Shannon, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, December 17, 2023.
Harry is survived by his loving children; Barbara (the late Raymond) Surgot, Michael (Diane) Mey, Lorie (Bud Brown) Novak, Lynn (Doug) Nedzesky, Scott (Cindy Dimperio) Mey, and Michell (James) Theobald. Adored grandfather of Breanna, Ryne, Mark, Stefanie, Michael , Edmund, Jr., Victoria, Douglas, Jr., Danielle, Joshua, Jacob, Jacquelyn, Amber, Adam, and Andrew. Great-grandfather of Brandon, Cameron, Dillan, Jordan, Nathan, Sophie, Jack, Sara, Luke, Scarlette, Caspian, Beau, Lydia, Maxon, Anna, Cecilia, Willa, Charlotte, Julia, and Wyatt.
Harry was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Mary Catherine Mey; his siblings, Martin Mey and Carol Steinbach; and his parents, Harry and Alice Mey.
Family was everything to Harry, he will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services are private and have been entrusted to the care of Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh.
